 Complete remodel of an office building for renowned architecture firm, including demolition, framing, drywall, paint, as well as carpentry for custom made office furniture. One of the main challenges in this project was reinforcing the existing structure of the building.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Provided paint, flooring, and lighting services for a 20,000 sf 100-year old church in Chicago. Working with JGMA Architects, the goal, was to employ some creative architectural solutions to make all visitors feel welcome within an ad hoc group of three buildings: a tall neo-traditional sanctuary space; a mid-century concrete block structure; and a small, Chicago three- at sized church from the 1910’s.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

General remodeling throughout the properties of Little City, a non-for-profit organization offering a comprehensive scope of services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Construction services were performed at the 56-acre affordable housing campus in Palatine, Illinois as well as the foster care placement office in Chicago.
